AI Budget Assistant ("Service") is a mobile application that allows you to:
Track personal expenses and income
Create and manage budgets
Analyze spending patterns
Use AI-powered features for expense entry and insights
Track investment portfolios (Pro/Business tiers)
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
You must provide accurate information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed by Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime from Settings or your app store
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
14-Day Withdrawal Right: As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from
your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
To withdraw, contact us at perevertkinma@gmail.com with your request.
We will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.
Exception: If you have actively used the premium features during the withdrawal period,
we may deduct a proportional amount for the service already provided.
7. Free Trial
New users may receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features
Trial converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
Only one trial per user/device
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials
8. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Upload malicious content or spam
Resell or redistribute the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service
9. Your Data
You own the financial data you enter into the Service
